At Eleventy Three LLC, doing business as SioSnippets, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality of educational materials and resources. We understand that our customers may have reasons for requesting a refund. Our refund policy, detailed below, is designed to facilitate a smooth and transparent process.
Customers are entitled to a full refund under the following conditions:
Customers who have accessed the course materials beyond Module 1 Lesson 1 have rendered themselves ineligible for a refund. Student access logs will be reviewed to validate the claim and determine eligibility for any form of refund based on the validity of their concerns. Each case will be reviewed individually to assess the merit of the refund request.

Customers whose accounts have been terminated due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, violations of our usage policies and any fraudulent activities.
Once the course materials have been accessed, every refund request will be subject to individual considerations, with insights from student access logs aiding in the determination process. Due to the nature of digital resources and video content, we cannot guarantee a full or partial refund. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility for a refund.
Prohibited Retention and Distribution of Course Materials: Upon being issued a refund (full or partial), customers are required to delete and remove all course assets from their systems. Retaining copies of the course resources after a refund has been issued is strictly forbidden. Additionally, if a customer who has received a refund (partial or full) is found distributing copies of any assets or content owned by Eleventy Three LLC, doing business as SioSnippets, they will face legal action.
Bypassing Terms and Conditions Agreement: Customers are required to agree to the Terms and Conditions before progressing in the course. If a customer is found to have bypassed this agreement through any means and requests a refund, the refund will be denied. Compliance will be verified through student access logs, which document the access history of different course materials.
Intellectual Property Rights: All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, and spreadsheets, are the exclusive property of Eleventy Three LLC, doing business as SioSnippets and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of the course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
By accepting a refund, you agree that it constitutes a full and final settlement of any and all claims, causes of action, demands, rights, and entitlements, whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in connection with your purchase and use of the course materials. You hereby release and forever discharge Eleventy Three LLC, doing business as SioSnippets from any such claims.
Additionally, upon accepting a refund, customers agree not to engage in any defamatory, slanderous, or unreasonable negative reviews or comments about Eleventy Three LLC, doing business as SioSnippets or its course materials. This includes engaging in harassment or making false statements that may damage the reputation of Eleventy Three LLC, doing business as SioSnippets. We encourage customers to express their genuine experiences and concerns, but ask that they refrain from malicious or false statements. Engaging in activities that unjustly harm the company's reputation may be considered a breach of this agreement.
While we strive to settle disputes amicably, we reserve the right to take legal action in the event of false claims or misuse of our services.
In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, customers are encouraged to reach out to our customer service team to find an amicable solution. The team can be reached at support@siosnippets.com. Once approved, refunds will be processed within a timeframe of 15 business days. The exact time may vary depending on the payment method used during the initial transaction.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. For example, if the purchase was made with a credit card, the refund will be processed to the same credit card.
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Policy at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy page.
By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms of this disclaimer.
